European 法廷，裁判所 拒絶するs Stalin grandson's （民事の）告訴
MOSCOW (AP) ― The European 法廷，裁判所 of Human 権利s has 拒絶するd a （民事の）告訴 by the grandson of Josef Stalin over a ロシアの newspaper article that called the Soviet 独裁者 a "bloodthirsty cannibal."
The article appeared in the newspaper Novaya Gazeta in 2009. Yevgeny Dzhugashvili then とじ込み／提出するd a defamation 控訴 against the newspaper in a ロシアの 法廷，裁判所, which 支配するd against him.
Dzhugashvili took the 問題／発行する to the European 法廷，裁判所, （人命などを）奪う，主張するing the ロシアの 法廷，裁判所's 決定／判定勝ち（する） 侵害する／違反するd his 権利 to 尊敬（する）・点 for 私的な and family life.
