European 法廷,裁判所 拒絶するs Stalin grandson's (民事の)告訴

MOSCOW (AP) ― The European 法廷,裁判所 of Human 権利s has 拒絶するd a (民事の)告訴 by the grandson of Josef Stalin over a ロシアの newspaper article that called the Soviet 独裁者 a "bloodthirsty cannibal."

The article appeared in the newspaper Novaya Gazeta in 2009. Yevgeny Dzhugashvili then とじ込み/提出するd a defamation 控訴 against the newspaper in a ロシアの 法廷,裁判所, which 支配するd against him.

Dzhugashvili took the 問題/発行する to the European 法廷,裁判所, (人命などを)奪う,主張するing the ロシアの 法廷,裁判所's 決定/判定勝ち(する) 侵害する/違反するd his 権利 to 尊敬(する)・点 for 私的な and family life.
