Alabama 始める，決める to become 37th 明言する／公表する to 許す gay marriage

Alabama on Monday will become the 37th 明言する／公表する where gays can 合法的に 結婚する unless the U.S. 最高裁判所 orders a last-minute stay of a 連邦の 裁判官's 決定／判定勝ち（する） overturning the 明言する／公表する's 禁止（する） on gay marriage.
The 判決，裁定 brings gay marriage to the 深い South and to a 明言する／公表する considered one of the Bible Belt's most socially 保守的な. While gay marriage is 合法的な in much of the nation, over half of the 14 明言する／公表するs still 施行するing 禁止（する）s on gay marriage were 位置を示すd in the South, a 列 of 抵抗 stretching from 概略で Texas to Kentucky.
