訴訟: Seasons 52 restaurants won't 雇う servers over 40
ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) ― The U.S. Equal 雇用 適切な時期 （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 says the Seasons 52 restaurant chain 差別するs against 職業 applicants age 40 and older.
On Thursday, the 機関 とじ込み／提出するd a 訴訟 against the chain, owned by Orlando-based Darden Restaurants.
