Family of German 交流 student 告訴するs shooter, girlfriend
MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) ― The family of a 17-year-old German 交流 student who was 発射 to death last spring in Montana has とじ込み／提出するd a 訴訟 against the shooter and his girlfriend.

Kaarma was 宣告，判決d Thursday to 70 years in 刑務所，拘置所 for 審議する／熟考する 殺人 in Diren Dede's death and won't be 適格の for 仮釈放（する） for 20 years. Kaarma's 弁護士／代理人／検事s have said they will 控訴，上告 his 有罪の判決.
The 訴訟 argues Pflager had a 義務 to 介入する to stop Kaarma from trapping Diren Dede in their garage and 狙撃 him.
