FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) ― The European Central Bank has 開始する，打ち上げるd its 1.1 一兆 euro ($1.2 一兆) 刺激 program by starting 購入（する）s of 政府 社債s.
The 長，指導者 通貨の 当局 for the 19-countries that use the euro 確認するd Monday that the 購入（する）s had begun. ECB 大統領 Mario Draghi had 発表するd the start date last week, sending 在庫／株s higher and the euro lower.
