権利s 機関 says overcrowding in Mexico 刑務所，拘置所s at 25 pct
MEXICO CITY (AP) ― A new 報告（する）／憶測 by Mexico's 国家の Human 権利s （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 says the country's 刑務所，拘置所s have been overpopulated by about 25 パーセント continuously during the past 10 years.

Twenty-eight of the 388 刑務所，拘置所s are at least 40 パーセント beyond planned capacity. Some are 100 パーセント over capacity. One of every four of Mexico's 254,000 囚人s does not have a bed.
Overcrowding is most 激しい in Mexico City. Three 連邦の 刑務所，拘置所s built for a 連合させるd 1,200 囚人s and 拡大するd to 持つ／拘留する 6,000 now house 13,000.
