MAZAMARI, Peru (AP) ― Peru's 弁護 大臣 has 発表するd an 調査 into possible 麻薬-関係のある 軍の 汚職 に引き続いて an Associated 圧力（をかける） 報告（する）／憶測 that Peru's 武装した 軍隊s were turning a blind 注目する，もくろむ to daily 麻薬 flights to Bolivia.

Police say the 空輸の flow accounts for 概略で half of Peru's 生産／産物, with each planeload 価値（がある） at least $7.2 million overseas.

"汚職 存在するs, but we are always looking out for it," he said. "If we know of anyone 伴う／関わるd, we'll throw the 調書をとる／予約する at them."
After a 閣議 Wednesday, Valakivi tersely 発表するd the 開始 of the 調査 and called the AP's 報告（する）／憶測 "tendentious."
麻薬 czar Alberto Otarola （刑事）被告 the AP of "irresponsibly 感情を害する／違反するing Peru's image," in an interview published Thursday by the La Republica newspaper. He did not return phone calls from the AP.
The "narco 計画（する）s" have touched 負かす／撃墜する just minutes by 空気／公表する from 軍の bases in the nearly road-いっそう少なく 地域 known by its Spanish acronym as the VRAEM.
About four times a day, they 減少（する） の上に dirt airstrips, 配達する cash and 選ぶ up more than 300 キログラムs (660 続けざまに猛撃するs) of 部分的に／不公平に 精製するd コカイン, police say.

軍の 麻薬 汚職 "has been going on for some time, but unfortunately no one has done anything," Ugaz said. It was はびこる during the 1990-2000 政府 of 不名誉d former 大統領 Alberto Fujimori, whom Ugaz helped put in 刑務所，拘置所 as public 検察官，検事.
大統領 Ollanta Humala, a former army 中尉／大尉／警部補 陸軍大佐, said on taking office in 2011 that combatting illicit 麻薬s was a 優先. His 政府 has destroyed 記録，記録的な／記録する 量s of coca leaf.
But that's not enough, says Sonia Medina, the public 検察官，検事 for illicit 麻薬s.
Trafficking and 関係のある 汚職 in the police, 軍の, 法廷，裁判所s and 犯罪の 司法（官） system have gone "from bad to worse" on Humala's watch, she said. "What we are doing in 反対する-麻薬s is 完全に distorted, incoherent and inert."
Most of Peru's コカイン 生産／産物 has 単に 転換d to the Ireland-sized VRAEM 地域, where there is no eradication.
The area has been under a 明言する／公表する of 緊急 for nine years 借りがあるing to the persistence of 麻薬-running 向こうずねing Path 反逆者／反逆するs. They have 殺害された more than 30 police and 兵士s during Humala's 任期 but are now much 減ずるd, 負かす／撃墜する to about 60 combatants.

In 文書s and 証言 得るd by the AP, police and anti-麻薬 検察官，検事s questioned the 軍の's 信用. One 解任するd asking about 内密の airstrips during a 2013 会合 with 軍の 公式の／役人s and watching them "take out their 地図／計画するs, which showed airstrips here and there. They had never 知らせるd us of all this."
There were also 疑惑s of 知能 漏れるd to traffickers.
In a May 2014 letter to their boss, four anti-麻薬 検察官，検事s said that on three occasions they had 株d （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） with the 軍の on when and where 麻薬 flights would land. In each 事例／患者, the 計画（する）s never showed.
The fourth time, they kept the （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） to themselves and 行為／法令／行動するd alone with police, によれば the letter 得るd by the AP.
The 操縦する was 逮捕（する）d, the co-操縦する killed in a firefight and 357 キログラムs of コカイン and $5,500 in cash 掴むd. The March 2014 操作／手術 was the only one in the past two years in which 麻薬s, money, 計画（する） and 操縦する were all taken into 保護／拘留.
Over that period, more than two dozen 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うd 麻薬 計画（する）s have been 掴むd. Most were after 衝突，墜落 上陸s. In all but five 事例／患者s, the 操縦するs escaped.
The 操縦する who said 軍の 指揮官s 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d $10,000 per flight for 安全な passage said that "no 計画（する） arrives without at least half a million dollars to 支払う／賃金 for the 麻薬s, for the airstrip and to corrupt the 当局."
He agreed to speak only if given anonymity for 恐れる of his life. The AP could not 独立して 確認する his （人命などを）奪う，主張する.
Before the narco-flight にわか景気, the 軍の sent people to the valley to be punished for transgressions, said 勝利者 Andres Garcia Belaunde, an 対立 下院議員.
"But it has, 式のs, become profitable to be in VRAEM and today there are officers who ask to go."
