PICTURED: A Syrian's 旅行 to new life in Europe

Mohammed al-Haj began his 旅行 to Europe with a dangerous 2-hour boat 旅行 from the Turkish coast to the Greek island of Lesbos with six other Syrians. After 上陸, Mohammed _ pictured on the 権利 in this photo, taken on Monday, Sept. 7, 2015 in the Lesbos 資本／首都 of Mytilene _ became 罠にかける there along with some 20,000 other migrants and 難民s. They all needed to 登録（する） and get a 文書 before they could take a フェリー（で運ぶ） to the 本土／大陸 and continue their 旅行. Greek 当局 were 圧倒するd, eking out only a few hundred 文書s a day. So 難民s were left languishing, sleeping on sidewalks and in parks in Lesbos? 資本／首都 Mytilene, walking the seafront promenade under broiling heat. For Mohammed, with his motto of ?always keep moving,? it was 拷問. After a fight broke out の中で the migrants in line, he led hundreds in a spontaneous 抗議する 需要・要求するing 当局 give them papers.
