UK leaders 警告する of 'Brexit' if no 根底となる 改革（する）s to EU
LONDON (AP) ― Britain's foreign 長官 says the European Union must 器具／実施する 根底となる 改革（する） or British people would 投票（する） to leave the 圏 in an 近づいている 国民投票.
Philip Hammond told the BBC on Sunday that "the British people will not be fobbed off with a 始める，決める of cosmetic alterations to the way the EU 作品" and that there must be "事実 合法的に-binding change" for Britons to 投票（する） to stay in the 28-nation 圏.
