Swedish 法廷，裁判所 gives doctor 10 years for 誘拐するing woman
HELSINKI (AP) ― A Swedish doctor, who 誘拐するd a woman and kept her locked up in a （船に）燃料を積み込む／（軍）地下えんぺい壕 for almost a week was 宣告，判決d on Tuesday to 10 years in 刑務所，拘置所 but was acquitted of 悪化させるd 強姦 because of 欠如（する） of proof.
In a 全員一致の 判決, the Stockholm 地区 法廷，裁判所 設立する ツバメ Trenneborg, 38, 有罪の of meticulously planning the woman's 誘拐 over a long period of time and of 支配するing the 犠牲者 to serious 危険 by sedating her and keeping her locked up in a soundproofed （船に）燃料を積み込む／（軍）地下えんぺい壕 he built inside a machine shed next to his home.
The woman, who was not 指名するd, passed out after he gave her chocolate-coated strawberries laced with Rohypnol, also known as a "date-強姦 麻薬," before taking her to the （船に）燃料を積み込む／（軍）地下えんぺい壕.

Trenneborg, who had 認める to keeping the woman locked in the （船に）燃料を積み込む／（軍）地下えんぺい壕, （人命などを）奪う，主張するd he 苦しむd a mental disorder at the time. He 否定するd having kidnapped her or having 強姦d her. The 法廷，裁判所 said it 設立する insufficient 証拠 beyond reasonable 疑問 that he had 支配するd the 犠牲者 to 性の intercourse when she was sedated.
The 法廷，裁判所 said it based its 判決 on the 犠牲者's description of what happened and 広範囲にわたる 文書の 証拠, and said that it 設立する no mitigating circumstances. It 述べるd the doctor's mental disorder as "not serious," 追加するing that it had not 影響する／感情d the 判決.
Trenneborg was ordered to 支払う／賃金 180,000 kronor ($21,000) in 損害賠償金 to the woman.
