A 論争d 議会 投票（する） 追加するs to Poland's political 大混乱
WARSAW, Poland (AP) ― 国会議員s from Poland's 与党 on Thursday 追加するd to a political 危機 surrounding the 憲法の 法廷，裁判所 by 投票（する）ing in a new member to join the already overpopulated 法廷.
Against 推薦s from European Union 団体／死体s to make no new 任命s to the 憲法の 法廷, the 保守的な 判決，裁定 法律 and 司法（官） party chose a 候補者 for a place that will be vacated later this month, as it tries to 伸び（る） 影響（力） on the 法廷，裁判所.
Having a 大多数 in the 議会, its 国会議員s 投票（する）d in Zbigniew Jedrzejewski, a professor of 法律, with the support of a few 国会議員s from the 右翼 Kukiz'15 party.
But the 議会の 投票（する） was itself 混乱させるd and contested, with the 野党s 市民の 壇・綱領・公約 and PSL calling it 欠陥d and 需要・要求するing a repeat 投票（する）.
対立 leaders complained that a 国会議員 with Kukiz'15 侵害する／違反するd 規則s by 投票（する）ing for the new 裁判官 both in her own 権利 and on に代わって of an absent 同僚, with his 同意.
As a result, the 国会議員 was stripped of her 会員の地位 in her party's 議会の group, while the 同僚 in whose 指名する she 投票（する）d 辞職するd his 会員の地位.
There were no 計画（する）s to repeat the 投票（する）.
Poland is under 批評 from the EU, which says the 政府's 政策s relating to the 法廷 脅す 僕主主義 and the 支配する of 法律. The 法廷，裁判所 is 重要な to 器具／実施するing new 法律制定 because it can 封鎖する 法案s which it finds to be against the 憲法.
The Venice （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限, a 団体／死体 of European 専門家s on 憲法の 法律 and a human 権利s 監視者, has 非難するd the 政府 and 控訴，上告d to Poland's 議会 to find a 解答 to the 行き詰まらせる.
The 政府's 成果／努力s to put loyal 裁判官s on the パネル盤, now 支配するd by the 対立, have led to too many 任命s and 与える／捧げるd to the 法廷，裁判所's paralysis.
