Kentucky 陪審／陪審員団 awards $5.3M in UPS 差別 訴訟
LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) ― Eight 黒人／ボイコット men won a $5.3 million 陪審／陪審員団 award Thursday in a 訴訟 over （人命などを）奪う，主張するs that they 耐えるd a 敵意を持った work 環境 at UPS in Lexington, Kentucky, and that an effigy of a 黒人／ボイコット UPS driver was hung from a 天井.

The 陪審／陪審員団 awarded $1.5 million for emotional and mental 苦しめる to William Barber; $1 million to David Young; $810,000 to Glenn Jackson; $800,000 to John Hughes; $500,000 each to Jeffrey 血の塊／突き刺す and Donald Ragland; and $100,000 each to Curtis 天候s and Lamont Brown.

Barber, 血の塊／突き刺す, Hughes, Young and 天候s continue to work for UPS, Morgan said.
Rosenberg said they have continued working while the 論争 went through the 法廷，裁判所s.
