From 事実上の reality to androids, 5 期待s for E3
LOS ANGELES (AP) ― E3 is at a 十字路／岐路.
While the allure of the 年次の Electronic Entertainment Expo remains blockbuster console and PC games, 事実上の reality and 動きやすい gaming will have a bigger presence at this year's game 産業 集会. It'll kick off Sunday with 要点説明s from Electronic Arts and Bethesda Softworks and continue through Thursday at the Los Angeles 条約 中心.
"There are 2,000 製品s that are going to be shown to 消費者s and 130 告示s that are going to be made next week about experiences and games that no one has seen before," said Michael Gallagher, 大統領，／社長 and CEO of the Entertainment ソフトウェア 協会, which 組織するs E3. "There's tremendous 勢い going into E3."

The festivities will 流出／こぼす out の上に nearby streets and 発生地s in downtown Los Angeles with companies such as Electronic Arts, Microsoft and Sony hosting fan-centric events. SECOND WIND
As has become familiar practice at E3, a litany of sequels and prequels will be on 手渡す at the 条約, 含むing several sophomore 遠出s. They 含む the stealth adventure "Dishonored 2," mech-激しい shooter "Titanfall 2," superhero mash-up "不正 2," hacker tale "Watch Dogs 2" and sci-fi 戦略 game "Halo Wars 2." NEW REALITY

FRESH FACES
There are several 肩書を与えるs at E3 starring ありそうもない protagonists, such as scrappy 生存者 Joule of "ReCore" and introspective android Kara of "Detroit: Become Human." A few sequels are 追加するing new heroes to the fray. The young 相続人 Emily Kaldwin is a grown-up 暗殺者 in "Dishonored 2," and "Watch Dogs 2" will introduce an Oakland-born hacker 指名するd Marcus Holloway. "Gears of War 4" is 中心d on the son of the series' hulking 星／主役にする Marcus Fenix.

にもかかわらず the prevalence of sequels, many publishers are touting a change of scenery at E3. "Watch Dogs 2" is swapping Chicago for San Francisco. GENERATION X

Nintendo is creating a new system codenamed NX, and Sony is working on an 昇格d PlayStation 4 featuring 4K 決意／決議, but both companies have 持続するd that they won't show them off at E3. Mea nwhile, Microsoft may be developing its own updated 見解／翻訳／版 of the Xbox One that could make an E3 debut.
