イスラエル's Netanyahu 捜し出すs new 同盟（する）s in historic Africa trip
JERUSALEM (AP) ― 総理大臣 Benjamin Netanyahu 長，率いるs to Africa this week, where イスラエル has 設立する much-needed partners in the 戦う／戦い against Islamic 交戦的なs and 同盟（する）s in 反対するing the rising Palestinian 影響（力） at the 国際連合.
Netanyahu will also visit the 場所／位置 where his brother was killed in a 1976 軍の （警察の）手入れ，急襲 on a ハイジャック（する）d 定期航空機 in Uganda, a seminal event that helped 固く結び付ける his hard-line ideology.
イスラエル is hoping that the visit ― the first by an Israeli 首相 to sub-Saharan Africa in three １０年間s ― will 勧める in a new 時代 in which it 供給するs African 明言する／公表するs with 安全 and 農業の 援助 in return for support in international 会議s.

イスラエル has a long history of 関与 in Africa, sending 専門家s in 農業 and 開発, 同様に as 軍の 助言者s and mercenaries, over the years.
Netanyahu's visit caps a budding 親善 in 最近の years 始めるd by 弁護 大臣 Avigdor Lieberman, who, as 外務大臣 a few years ago, 小旅行するd the continent on two occasions after no Israeli 外務大臣 had visited in two １０年間s.
In turn, dozens of African 高官s have visited イスラエル in 最近の years, 含むing Kenyan 大統領 Uhuru Kenyatta and Liberian 大統領 Ellen Johnson Sirleaf. With the rise of jihadism across the continent, from Boko Haram in Nigeria to al-Qaida-linked al-Shabab 交戦的なs in Somalia, イスラエル has 設立する ありふれた ground with countries like Kenya, Uganda and Nigeria.
"Any victory of 過激な Islam in any part of Africa すぐに 衝撃s us," said Avi Granot, the former 長，率いる of the Israeli Foreign 省's Africa 分割. "The more 敗北・負かすs (交戦的なs) 直面する, whether it is in Nigeria, Cameroon, Somalia or Chad, then it's a victory also for the Middle East."

"We're talking about some 45 countries in sub-Saharan Africa who 投票（する） in one 圏 at the U.N.," said Arye Oded, a former Israeli 外交官 and 専門家 on Africa. "Netanyahu wants to 改善する relations with these countries ... and wants more countries to not 投票（する） against us at the U.N."
Granot said African countries may be responsive to supporting イスラエル because the Palestinian 原因（となる） is "tangential" to them. One example of that （機の）カム during Kenyatta's trip, when he 怒り／怒るd the Palestinians by visiting a ユダヤ人の 解決／入植地 in the West Bank. The Palestinians and 事実上 the entire international community 見解（をとる） the 解決／入植地s as 違法な or 非合法の.
Yoram Elron, the 長，率いる of the Israeli foreign 省's Africa 分割, said an 増加するing number of African countries "understand that イスラエル is 存在 選び出す／独身d out in the international fora."
Jamal Dajani, the Palestinian 政府 広報担当者, said he believed African 明言する／公表するs would see through Netanyahu's "宣伝" because Africans and the Palestinians 株 a history of "占領／職業s and 植民地主義."
Netanyahu 出発／死s Monday, and will spend a total of four days in the east African nations of Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and Ethiopia.

"The images from the airport will make Israelis think that Yoni and Bibi are the same thing," he said, referring to the Netanyahu brothers by their 愛称s. "The 結果 will be (the impression that) Netanyahu is linked to victory. Netanyahu is linked to 軍の success."
