WASHINGTON (AP) ― A （選挙などの）運動をする-season 運動 by 保守的な House 共和国の／共和党のs to 弾こうする the IRS commissioner won't 後継する. With solid Democratic 対立 and 抵抗 from many in the GOP, there 簡単に aren't enough 投票（する）s to 追い出す John Koskinen from his 地位，任命する.

Q: Why do 保守的なs want to 弾こうする Koskinen?
A: They 告発する／非難する him of lying to 議会, not answering 召喚状s and 監督するing an 機関 that destroyed 文書s. They say those 活動／戦闘s 妨げるd the House GOP's long-running 調査 of how the 内部の 歳入 Service 不公平に 扱う／治療するd tea party groups that sought 税金 控除s several years ago, before Koskinen was with the 機関.

Q: What do Koskinen and 民主党員s say?
A: They say the 告訴，告発s are unfounded.
"There is no 証拠 that Commissioner Koskinen ever in any way sought to 妨げる 議会' oversight of the IRS," Koskinen's personal lawyers wrote in 文書s they 供給するd Sunday.

Q: How does 告発 work?
A: Under the 憲法, 議会 can 除去する 公式の／役人s for "背信, 贈収賄, or other high 罪，犯罪s and 軽罪s." That last phrase is 一般に considered to reserve 告発 for the most serious 罪／違反s.
The House needs a 大多数 投票（する） to 弾こうする, or 正式に 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金, an 公式の／役人. The 上院 then 持つ／拘留するs a 裁判，公判 on whether to 罪人／有罪を宣告する and 除去する the person from office, which 要求するs a two-thirds 大多数.

Q: What do other 共和国の／共和党のs think of 弾こうするing Koskinen?
A: Not much. 連邦議会の GOP leaders have shown little passion for it and 公式文書，認めるd it divides their own party. House 共和国の／共和党のs 会合，会う this Thursday to discuss it.
