UN 勧めるs Sudan to 協力する in any 化学製品 武器s 調査（する）
UNITED NATIONS (AP) ― The U.N. peacekeeping 長，指導者 called on the 政府 of Sudan on Tuesday to 協力する with the international 化学製品 武器s 監視者 in any 調査 of 申し立てられた／疑わしい 化学製品 武器s use in the Darfur 地域.
Herve Ladsous told the U.N. 安全 会議 that （国連の）平和維持軍s from the U.N.-African Union 軍隊 in Darfur have been 否定するd 接近 to the area in Jebel Marra where 国際アムネスティ 申し立てられた／疑わしい that at least 30 化学製品 attacks have taken place since January.
"We were very much alarmed by the 主張s," Ladsous told reporters.
Sudan is a party to the 化学製品 武器s 条約 banning the use of 有毒な 化学製品s.
Sudan's U.N. 使節団 said in an updated 声明 地位，任命するd on its website Tuesday that the country does not 所有する 化学製品 武器s and called the 主張s "baseless and 捏造する，製作するd."
It said Sudan's 軍の and 非軍事の 産業の 施設s "are all open ... any time" for visits by the Organization for the 禁止 of 化学製品 武器s, which 監視するs 実施 of the 条約.
The OPCW said last week that it 診察するd "the 関連した parts" of the 国際アムネスティ 報告（する）／憶測 and 公式文書，認めるd the 政府's 返答. "Without その上の （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） and 証拠 存在 made 利用できる, it is not possible at this 行う／開催する／段階 to draw any 結論s based on the content of the 報告（する）／憶測," an OPCW 声明 said.
Ladsous said the U.N. would therefor e "encourage the 政府 of Sudan ... to 持続する 十分な 協調 with any 未来 OPCW 調査 as it has 表明するd 準備完了 to do."
While Sudan's U.N. 使節団 gave a green light for the OPCW to visit 産業の 場所／位置s, it made no について言及する of an OPCW visit to Jebel Marra, a 要塞／本拠地 of a Sudan 解放 Army 派閥 which is one of the main 反逆者／反逆する groups fighting Sudanese 安全 軍隊s.

Darfur, a 地域 in western Sudan which is the size of Spain, has been in 騒動 since 2003, when 民族の Africans rebelled, 告発する／非難するing the Arab-支配するd Sudanese 政府 of 差別 and neglect. The 国際連合 says at least 300,000 people have died in the 衝突 and 2.7 million have fled their homes.
禁止（する） 報告（する）／憶測d "some 進歩" in さまざまな 成果／努力s to 解決する the 衝突, but Abdul Wahid Elnur isn't part of 交渉s and there have been no 協議s with his leadership since July.
"We continue to engage both 味方するs in the 緊急の need to 再開する 対話," Ladsous said.

Sudan's U.N. 外交官／大使 Omer Dahab Fadl Mohamed said 政府 軍隊s have 押し進めるd 支援する against 反逆者／反逆するs everywhere except some pockets in Jebel Marra. There is "a 広大な／多数の／重要な 改良 on the 安全 前線," he said, and more than 150,000 追い出すd people have returned to their villages.
Mohamed said "it is high time now" for the AU-UN 使節団 known as UNAMID to start 器具／実施するing an "出口 戦略" by 減ずるing 軍隊／機動隊 levels in west, south and north Darfur.
