WASHINGTON (AP) ― With two months left in 大統領 Barack Obama's 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語, his 行政 問題／発行するd a 支配する Tuesday ーするつもりであるd to clamp 負かす／撃墜する on oil companies that 燃やす off natural gas on public lands.
The new 支配する 捜し出すs to 減ずる waste and harmful methane 放出／発行s as part of a 戦略 to 演説（する）／住所 気候 change. But a new 共和国の／共和党の 行政 under 大統領-elect Donald Trump could 再考する the 支配する or even 捨てる it, although any 成果／努力 to do so would likely take months.
Trump has said he will 捜し出す to はっきりと 増加する oil and gas 演習ing on 連邦の lands and said on the （選挙などの）運動をする 追跡する that 制限s supported by Obama and Democratic 大統領の 候補者 Hillary Clinton would 傷つける energy-producing 明言する／公表するs such as Colorado.

Under th e new 支配する, energy companies that 演習 on 245 million acres of public land, mostly in the West, will be 要求するd to 逮捕（する） natural gas that can be used to 生成する 力／強力にする for millions of homes and 商売／仕事s. Between 2009 and 2014, enough natural gas was lost through venting, ゆらめくing and 漏れるs to 力／強力にする more than 5 million homes for a year, Jewell said.
The new 支配する also should 生成する tens of millions of dollars a year that can be returned to taxpayers, tribes and 明言する／公表するs while 減ずるing 汚染, Jewell said.
The 支配する, developed by 内部の's Bureau of Land 管理／経営, will 要求する oil and gas 生産者s to 限界 the 率 of ゆらめくing at oil 井戸／弁護士席s on public and 部族の lands, periodically 検査／視察する their 操作／手術s for 漏れるs and 取って代わる outdated 器具／備品 that vents large 量s of gas into the 空気／公表する.
