BRUSSELS (AP) ― The European Union has 課すd travel 禁止（する）s and 資産 凍結するs on seven 上級の 安全 公式の／役人s in Congo.
EU 外務大臣s said in a 声明 Monday that the seven "持つ／拘留する positions of 当局 in the chain of 命令（する） over the Congolese 安全 軍隊s which have 演習d a disproportionate use of 軍隊."
大統領 Joseph Kabila's second 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 in office 満了する／死ぬs on Dec. 19, but Congo's 法廷，裁判所s have 支配するd the 選挙 can be 延期するd and Kabila can stay in 力／強力にする until a new leader is chosen.

The 大臣s said that the EU would 監視する the "決定的な political 開発s" and could 課す 付加 許可／制裁s if there is more 暴力／激しさ or 干渉，妨害 with the political 過程.
