EU 法廷，裁判所 opinion goes against Belgium in 亡命 事例／患者
BRUSSELS (AP) ― A 最高の，を越す 公式の／役人 of the European Union's highest 法廷，裁判所 says Belgium must 認める a 人道的な ビザ to a Syrian family 捜し出すing 亡命 even though the family has no strong 関係 to the country.
支持する General Paolo Mengozzi said in an opinion Tuesday that any EU member 明言する／公表する should 供給する a ビザ on 人道的な grounds if there is 恐れる for 墓／厳粛／彫る／重大な consequences さもなければ.
The ベルギー 政府 has 辞退するd to 認める 人道的な ビザs to the family from the 包囲するd city of Aleppo, arguing the links are too tenuous. It has been 罰金d 4,000 euros ($4,270) a day for 反抗するing a 地元の 控訴，上告 法廷. The family is believed still to be in Syria.
The opinion is not binding on the 法廷，裁判所 itself but is often followed in the final 判決，裁定.
