Romania 抗議するs 耐える as 大統領，／社長 says country in 危機
BUCHAREST, Romania (AP) ― Romania's 大統領，／社長 told 国会議員s Tuesday that the country is in a "fully-育てる／巣立つd" political 危機, after hundreds of thousands 論証するd against a 政府 手段 that would 弱める the country's anti-汚職 運動.
In an 演説（する）／住所 to 議会, 大統領 Klaus Iohannis, a critic of the two-month-old 政府, said the 大多数 of Romanians now believed the country was going in the wrong direction.
"Romania needs a 政府 that is transparent, which 治める／統治するs predictably by the light of day, not sneakily at night," the 大統領，／社長 said, referring to the late hour the 政府 passed an 緊急 法令／条例 last week 目的（とする）d at decriminalizing some forms of 公式の／役人 汚職.

The move ― which bypassed 議会 and was not 調印するd off by Iohannis, who has 限られた／立憲的な 力／強力にするs ― 点火（する）d the biggest 抗議するs seen since 共産主義 ended in the country in 1989. As a result, the 政府 will now 捜し出す to introduce the 計画（する） in 議会.
Thousands gathered for the eighth 連続した evening in Victory Square outside the 政府 offices, shouting "Social Democratic Party, the red 疫病／悩ます!" and "辞職する!" In smaller numbers, about 2,000 抗議する人s gathered outside the 大統領の palace yelling "Get out, you 反逆者!"
Iohannis, who was elected in 2014 by direct 投票（する）, was chairman of the 対立 自由主義の Party. He やめる the party that year to stand as 大統領，／社長.
He has been 批判的な of the 政府 長，率いるd by 総理大臣 Sorin Grindeanu, which （機の）カム into 存在 after the December 議会の 選挙s.
The 政府 "has been 説 公然と I can't stomach the result of the 投票（する） ... that I'd overturn a 合法的 政府," Iohannis said. "That's 誤った. You won, now 治める／統治する and 立法者, but not at any price."
Some 国会議員s booed and shouted "shame on you!" at Iohannis and walked out. Other 国会議員s 元気づけるd.
Despit e the 危機, Iohannis said Romania didn't need 早期に 選挙s, a 見解（をとる） the 政府 株.
Liviu Dragnea, chairman of the 治める／統治するing Social Democratic Party, and 上院 （衆議院の）議長 Calin Popescu Tariceanu 辞退するd to 迎える／歓迎する the 大統領，／社長 when he arrived at 議会.
In his speech, Iohannis 圧力（をかける）d ahead with an earlier 率先 to 持つ／拘留する a 国民投票 on another 政府 率先 to 容赦 囚人s. Critics say the 提案 will help 政府 同盟（する）s 罪人／有罪を宣告するd of 汚職.
Dragnea, the main 力／強力にする 仲買人 behind the 政府, 表明するd 失望 Iohannis did not 配達する a "speech of まとまり," and said "he should leave the 政府 alone, to 治める／統治する."
