Islamic 明言する／公表する 公約するs more attacks on Egypt's Christians
CAIRO (AP) - An Islamic 明言する／公表する group (v)提携させる(n)支部，加入者 in Egypt 解放（する）d a ビデオ Monday showing the 自殺 爆撃機 who killed nearly 30 people when he attacked a packed church in December and 公約するing more attacks on the country's Christian.
A 語り手 says in the 20-minute ビデオ that the Egyptian Christians are the 極端論者 group's "favorite prey."
The ビデオ shows （映画の）フィート数 of Egypt's Coptic Christian ローマ法王, Christian businessmen, 裁判官s and priests who either speak of the need to 保護する the 少数，小数派 or use derogatory 条件 to 言及する to Egypt's イスラム教徒 大多数. The 語り手 says Christians were no longer "dhimmis," a 言及／関連 to 非，不，無-イスラム教徒s in Islam who enjoy a degree of 明言する／公表する 保護. Instead, the group 述べるs the Christians as "infidels" who are 権力を与えるing the West against イスラム教徒 nations.

"God gave orders to kill every infidel," one of the 交戦的なs carrying an AK-47 強襲，強姦 ライフル銃／探して盗む says in the ビデオ.
Egypt's Coptic Christians, who （不足などを）補う around 10 パーセント of the 全住民, have been always a favorite 的 of Islamic 極端論者s. Attacks on churches by イスラム教徒 暴徒s 増加するd since the 2013 軍の 倒す of an Islamist 大統領，／社長. Christians 圧倒的に supported the army 長，指導者-turned-大統領，／社長, Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi, and 極端論者s have used such support as a pretext to 増加する attacks against them.
The ビデオ shows （映画の）フィート数 of Abu Abdullah al-Masri, the 交戦的な who blew himself up at the central Cairo church in December. The attack, says the 語り手, was "only the beginning."
"Oh worshippers of the cross ... the 兵士s of the 明言する／公表する are watching you," another masked 交戦的な identified as Abu Zubair al-Masri says.
The ビデオ carries the logo "Egypt" instead of the normal "Wilayat Sinai" or the 明言する／公表する of Sinai. Wilayat Sinai, the 指名する of the IS 支店 in Sinai, has （人命などを）奪う，主張するd 責任／義務 for dozens of 自殺 爆破s and attacks, おもに 的ing 安全 軍隊s and 軍の across the country but まず第一に／本来 in Sinai 半島, where the army has been 主要な an anti-テロ行為 操作／手術 for years.
The IS message comes at a time when attacks on Coptic Christians have 増大するd in Sinai. In the past month, at least three Christians were gunned 負かす／撃墜する in separate 運動-by 狙撃 attacks in the city of el-Arish.
El-Sissi has 繰り返して 保証するd Egypt's Christians of his 好意／親善 toward the community, visiting the seat of the Coptic 正統派の church in Cairo on major holidays, but many in the 古代の community complain that very little has changed in their lives since el-Sissi took office in 2014, 特に in 田舎の areas where イスラム教徒 過激なs frequently attack Christian homes and 商売／仕事s over a 範囲 of 問題／発行するs, 含むing the construction or 復古／返還 of churches, land 論争s or 性の 事件／事情／状勢s between members of each community.
