検察官，検事s 捜し出す 8-year 条件 for tourists in Bali death
BALI, Indonesia (AP) - Indonesian 検察官，検事s sought eight-year 刑務所，拘置所 宣告，判決s Tuesday for a British man and an Australian woman （刑事）被告 of 殺人，大当り a police officer on the tourist island of Bali.
David James Taylor and his Australian girlfriend Sara Connor were 逮捕（する）d last August in the death of 交通警察（官） officer Wayan Sudarsa, whose 血まみれのd 団体／死体 was 設立する on the beach outside the Pullman Hotel in the popular tourist area of Kuta.
They were 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with committing 暴力／激しさ 主要な to death, which carries a 最大限 12-year 刑務所，拘置所 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 under Indonesia's 犯罪の code.

The pair had been drinking beer on the beach in the hours before the late-night 出来事/事件.Taylor 認める getting into a fight with Sudarsa, who was on 義務, after Connor realized she had lost her handbag and （刑事）被告 Sudarsa of 存在 a 偽の police officer and stealing it.
Taylor 認める to hitting the Indonesian 繰り返して with a cellphone, binoculars and a broken beer 瓶／封じ込める, leaving him 直面する 負かす／撃墜する and unconscious. But he said he didn't realize Sudarsa would die.
Connor, a mother of two, seemed upset and angry after the Tuesday 審理，公聴会.
