$47M paid so far in food 援助（する） 解決／入植地 for Michigan poor
DETROIT (AP) - Thousands of Michigan 居住（者）s who were wrongly 削減（する） off from food 援助 have received a total of $47 million under a 解決／入植地 with the 明言する／公表する, and that 量 could grow.
The Department of Health and Human Services under 共和国の／共和党の Gov. Rick Snyder 積極性 施行するd a 明言する／公表する 法律 that stopped 利益s in 2013-14 for people who were 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）d as 逃亡者／はかないものs 手配中の，お尋ね者 for 罪，犯罪s. The money, which comes from the 連邦の 政府, is put on debit-style cards known in Michigan as 橋（渡しをする） cards. The cost could grow by millions if more people are 設立する.

Sheryl Wade, of Eastpointe, said she was 拒絶するd because of a bad check 令状 in Detroit that was 恐らく 問題／発行するd more than 20 years ago.
"You can't have a computer spitting people out of the system. All of us want 予定 過程," said Miriam Aukerman of the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan. "We tried to 解決する this before litiga tion. The 明言する／公表する still proceeded to go ahead."

In the food 援助（する） 論争, the cost 伴う／関わるs more than making people whole: The 明言する／公表する has agreed to 支払う／賃金 $911,000 in 合法的な 料金s to the ACLU and the 中心 for Civil 司法（官）, which won the 事例／患者. Wheaton said the department hasn't 決定するd the separate staff cost of 従うing with 法廷，裁判所 orders.
"Food 援助 is an incredible driver of 経済成長," Aukerman said. "This is money that would have come to Michigan. It's just coming late."
