North Korea says it's 'biggest 犠牲者' in US student's death

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - North Korea on Friday called itself the "biggest 犠牲者" in the death of an American student who was 拘留するd for more than a year and died days after 存在 解放(する)d in a 昏睡.

The North's 公式の/役人 Korean Central News 機関 否定するd that North Korea cruelly 扱う/治療するd or 拷問d Otto Warmbier and (刑事)被告 the 部隊d 明言する/公表するs and South Korea of a smear (選挙などの)運動をする that 侮辱d what it called its "人道的な" 治療 of him.

The comments published by KCNA were North Korea's first reaction to Otto Warmbier's death in a U.S. hospital Monday after it 解放(する)d him for what it called 人道的な 推論する/理由s.

Doctors at the hospital said Warmbier had 苦しむd a 厳しい neurological 傷害 from an unknown 原因(となる). 親族s say they were told the 22-year-old University of Virginia student had been in a 昏睡 since すぐに after he was 宣告,判決d to 15 years of hard labor in North Korea in March 2016.

His family and others have 非難するd North Korea for his 条件.
