As North 警告するs of ミサイル 計画（する）, US-South Korea wargames 近づく
SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - U.S. and South Korean 軍の 公式の／役人s 計画（する） to move ahead with large-規模 演習s later this month that North Korea, now 完結するing 計画（する）s to 開始する，打ち上げる a 一斉射撃 of ミサイルs toward Guam, （人命などを）奪う，主張するs are a rehearsal for war.
The 演習s are an 年次の event, but come as Pyongyang says it is readying a 計画（する） to 解雇する／砲火／射撃 off four "Hwasong-12" ミサイルs toward the U.S. island 領土 and major 軍の 中心. The 計画（する） would be sent to leader Kim Jong Un for 是認 just before or as the U.S.-South Korea 演習s begin.
Called Ulchi-Freedom 後見人, the 演習s are 推定する／予想するd to run from Aug. 21-31 and 伴う／関わる tens of thousands of American and South Korean 軍隊／機動隊s on the ground and in the sea and 空気／公表する. Washington and ソウル say the 演習s are 防御の in nature and 決定的な to 持続するing a deterrent against North Korean 侵略.

The 演習s were scheduled 井戸／弁護士席 before 緊張s began to rise over 大統領 Donald Trump's ますます fiery rhetoric and North Korea's 告示 of the ミサイル 計画（する）, which would be its most 挑発的な 開始する，打ち上げる yet. Along with a bigger 始める，決める of 作戦行動s held every spring, the 演習s are routinely met by strong 激しい非難 and 脅しs of countermeasures from North Korea.
While 緊張s typically spike around the dates of the 演習s, the 状況／情勢 一般に 静めるs afterward.
But the 高くする，増すd 軍の activity on the 半島 this time is a 関心 because it could 増加する the 可能性 of a 事故 or an overreaction of some sort by either 味方する that could spin into a more serious escalation.
