権利s groups alarmed over planned 死刑執行s in Maldives
COLOMBO, Sri Lanka (AP) - Human 権利s groups 表明するd 関心 Thursday over the Maldives 政府's 趣旨d 計画（する） to carry out its first 死刑執行 in 60 years.
Seven groups, 含むing 国際アムネスティ, Anti-Death 刑罰，罰則 Asia 網状組織 and Asian 会議 for Human 権利s and 開発, said in an open letter to 大統領 Yameen Abdul Gayoom that they have seen 信頼できる 報告（する）／憶測s that the 有罪の判決s have been 安全な・保証するd through 軍隊d 自白s and other 予定 過程 違反s.

"Should your 政府 go ahead with the 死刑執行s, it would 侵害する／違反する Maldives' 義務s under international 法律, 含むing toprotect the three men's 権利 to life," the letter said.
