The （日）経済企画庁（米）環境保全庁 won't 定める／命ずる an 即座の 交替／補充 to the 計画（する）, but will 捜し出す public comment on whether to 抑制（する） 気候-warming 放出／発行s from coal and natural gas 力／強力にする 工場／植物s.
A spokeswoman for （日）経済企画庁（米）環境保全庁 行政官／管理者 Scott Pruitt 拒絶する／低下するd to comment Friday on the authenticity of the 漏れるd 文書 but said the Obama 行政 "押し進めるd the bounds of their 当局 so far" that the U.S. 最高裁判所 問題／発行するd a stay to 妨げる the Clean 力／強力にする 計画（する） from taking 影響.
