Police: Car 衝突，墜落 in London is 交通事故, not terror
LONDON (AP) - A car 衝突，墜落 that 負傷させるd 11 people outside a major London tourist attraction Saturday 誘発するd 恐れるs of a テロリスト attack but turned out to be 簡単に a 交通事故, London police said.
The 事故 at 2:20 p.m. outside the popular Natural History Museum in the heart of central London brought a gigantic police 返答, 含むing ヘリコプターs and 危険な area 返答 teams, because of テロリスト 関心s.
Police said 11 people were 負傷させるd when a car 明らかに 機動力のある the pavement and 攻撃する，衝突する 歩行者s. Nine people were 入院させるd with 長，率いる and 脚 傷害s that were not 裁判官d to be life-changing.

Panicky scenes 続いて起こるd after the pedest rians were struck and it took nearly four hours for police to 安心させる the anxious public that it was not another テロリスト attack.
Britons in general, and Londoners in particular, have been jumpy after a string of 極端論者 attacks this year, 含むing deadly attacks using 乗り物s to 攻撃する，衝突する 歩行者s on Westminster 橋（渡しをする） and London 橋（渡しをする）. Britain has been on a "厳しい" テロリスト 脅し level 示すing that the 共同の テロ行為 分析 中心 believes an attack is 見解（をとる）d as 高度に likely.
Police said one man at the scene, thought to be the driver, was 拘留するd. He has not been 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d or identified.
証言，証人／目撃するs 述べるd a 急ぐ to leave the scene, nearby shops were 避難させるd and the sprawling museum, a favorite 場所／位置 for families with children, の近くにd 負かす／撃墜する 早期に. Police 設立するd a large 安全 非常線，警戒線 around the area within minutes.
労働者s in a cafe 近づく the Natural History Museum say they fled the scene in 恐れる.
Marilin Mueller, 20, said she thought at first it was a 交通事故 but had 疑問s when "負担s of police cars" arrived.
"All of these police （機の）カム marching 負かす／撃墜する 説, 'Move, move.' They said, 'you need to 避難させる,'" she said.
Dieon Rurora said people were running 負かす／撃墜する the street to get away and some fell.
"It was やめる scary," he said.
One woman draped in a red 一面に覆う／毛布 was led away by a paramedic after the 衝突，墜落. Others were seen leaving with their 脚s 包帯d.
The 衝突，墜落 took place on a day when the central London museum 地区 was teeming with 歩行者s. Photographs showed a dented silver car and a man 存在 pinned to the ground outside the museum. A police 法廷のs officer in blue coveralls took pictures of the 衝突，墜落 場所／位置.
London 市長 Sadiq 旅宿泊所 tweeted that he was in の近くに 接触する with Assistant 主要都市の Police Commissioner 示す Rowley, who plays a lead 役割 in the police's 反対する-テロ行為 操作／手術.
