London police say a car 衝突，墜落 that 負傷させるd 11 people outside the Natural History Museum is a road 交通事故, not a terror attack.

Police made the 声明 Saturday afternoon nearly four hours after the car 攻撃する，衝突する 歩行者s in a （人が）群がるd tourist area. One man was 拘留するd at the scene. He has not been 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d.

The London 救急車 Service says nine people were 入院させるd after the 衝突，墜落.

Britain has been on a "s evere" テロリスト 脅し level and a 大規模な police 返答 followed the traffic 出来事/事件.

5:55 p.m.

The London 救急車 Service says 11 people have been 負傷させるd when a car 衝突，墜落d into 歩行者s outside the Natural History Museum.

副 Director of 操作／手術s Peter McKenna said Saturday that nine of the 負傷させるd were taken to the hospital for 治療, most with 脚 and 長，率いる 傷害s.

The 出来事/事件 原因（となる）d panic on the （人が）群がるd street outside the museum on Saturday afternoon. Police have not said if it was 関係のある to テロ行為. One man was 拘留するd at the scene.

McKenna said the service sent 多重の 資源s 含むing its 危険な 返答 team to London's museum 地区.

5:40 p.m.

労働者s in a cafe 近づく London's Natural History Museum say they fled the scene in panic after a car 攻撃する，衝突する 歩行者s in the street outside.

Marilin Mueller, 20, said she thought at first it was a 交通事故 Saturday but that "負担s of police cars" arrived すぐに after. She says "all of these police （機の）カム marching 負かす／撃墜する 説, 'Move, move.' They said, 'you need to 避難させる.'"

Dieon Rurora said people were running 負かす／撃墜する the street to get away and some fell over. He says "It was やめる scary."

Many shops in the museum 地区 were 避難させるd and the museum was shut 負かす／撃墜する as police tried to 決定する if there was a 脅し to the public. Police have not said if the car 衝突，墜落 is 関係のある to テロ行為.

A police 法廷のs officer in blue coveralls is outside the Natural History Museum in London, taking photographs of the scene where a car 攻撃する，衝突する 歩行者s, 負傷させるing some people.

One woman was led away by a paramedic after Saturday's 衝突，墜落, draped in a red 一面に覆う／毛布. She did not appear to be 本気で 負傷させるd.

One man has been 拘留するd in the 衝突，墜落. 公式の／役人s have not 解放（する）d 詳細（に述べる）s about the severity and the number of the 傷害s. London police have also not said if this 出来事/事件 is 関係のある to terr orism.

The Victoria and Albert Museum next to the history museum remained opened Saturday afternoon にもかかわらず the car 衝突，墜落.

London 市長 Sadiq 旅宿泊所 has tweeted that "a number of people" have been 負傷させるd in an 出来事/事件 伴う／関わるing a car in the city's museum area.

British 緊急 services raced to London's Natural History Museum after a car struck 歩行者s Saturday outside the building. Police said a number of people were 負傷させるd and one person was 拘留するd at the scene.

The 衝突，墜落 happened at 2:20 p.m. on a day when the central London museum is usually teeming with 歩行者s, 含むing international tourists.

Photographs showed a dented silver car and a man 存在 pinned to the ground outside the museum. 証言，証人／目撃する Katie Craine said she was coming out of the museum when she saw a man in 手錠s pinned 負かす／撃墜する by police 近づく a 損失d car.

She says "he looked really proud of himself ... he was laughing."

British 公式の／役人s, however, have not 分類するd the 出来事/事件 as a テロリスト 行為／法令／行動する.

3:15 p.m

The London 救急車 Service was tending to the 負傷させるd outside the Natural History Museum after a car 攻撃する，衝突する 歩行者s on the busy street in 前線 of the museum. There was no 即座の 声明 on the number or severity of the 傷害s.

Shopkeepers in the 即座の area were told to 避難させる and police 設立するd a large 安全 非常線，警戒線 around the area minutes after the 出来事/事件, の近くにing some roads. Police ヘリコプターs circled the scene 総計費.

Police said they are working to 設立する t he circumstances of the 衝突，墜落 and more （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） will be 供給するd once 詳細（に述べる）s are （疑いを）晴らす.
