CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) - With his country spiraling into a desperate 財政上の 危機, Venezuela's 大統領,/社長 has 提案するd 再編成 its 大規模な 負債, leaving international 投資家s wondering Friday whether they'll be paid and some 居住(者)s 表明するing 疑問 the 社会主義者 leader can 改善する their lives.
