CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) - With his country spiraling into a desperate 財政上の 危機, Venezuela's 大統領，／社長 has 提案するd 再編成 its 大規模な 負債, leaving international 投資家s wondering Friday whether they'll be paid and some 居住（者）s 表明するing 疑問 the 社会主義者 leader can 改善する their lives.
