Police say man 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with kidnapping after 持つ／拘留するing boy
WEST CHESTER, Ohio (AP) - A 郡保安官 said an 武装した man used a 10-year-old boy as "a 保護物，者" during a 人質 引き分け of around 30 hours that ended 平和的に Sunday morning.
