Kenyan 対立 leader 'sworn in' as event called 背信

NAIROBI, Kenya (AP) - In a 儀式 that Kenya's 政府 警告するd would be 背信, 対立 leader Raila Odinga on Tuesday was sworn in as "the people's 大統領，／社長" during a mock 就任（式）／開始 抗議するing 大統領 Uhuru Kenyatta's new 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 after months of deadly 選挙 騒動.

The 政府 削減（する） live 伝達／伝染 of the country's 最高の，を越す three TV channels as a 抱擁する （人が）群がる of tens of thousands gathered in a Nairobi park for the event. Kenyatta had "expressly 脅すd to shut 負かす／撃墜する and 取り消す the licenses of any マスコミ house" that 空気／公表するd live broadcasts, the Kenya Editors Guild said in a 声明.

Though police were 孤立した without explanation from Uhuru Park, a 激しい police presence remained in the 資本／首都's slums, which are 対立 要塞／本拠地s. Odinga said he felt 攻撃を受けやすい …に出席するing the "断言するing-in" after his 安全 was 孤立した.

The 73-year-old Odinga took an 誓い 持つ／拘留するing a Bible over his 長，率いる, まっただ中に 元気づけるs. The 対立 leader called the 儀式 a step toward 設立するing a 機能（する）／行事ing 僕主主義 in Kenya, East Africa's 経済的な 中心.

"We are seeing the return of an 権威主義者, 皇室の 大統領／総裁などの地位 in our country and 支配する by fiat, and this must be resisted," he told the Kenya Television 網状組織 ahead of the 儀式. Afterward, he updated his Twitter profile to call himself "大統領 of the 共和国 of Kenya."

Hours later, the 政府 無法者d the 対立's 国家の 抵抗 Movement, with 内部の 大臣 Fred Matiangi 宣言するing it an 組織するd 犯罪の group. によれば Kenyan 法律, 存在 a member of an 組織するd 犯罪の group can lead to 監禁，拘置 for a 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 not 越えるing 10 years, a 罰金 of more than $5,000 or both.

The mock 儀式 （機の）カム after months of political 不確定. Kenya's 最高裁判所 無効にするd the August 選挙 after Odinga （人命などを）奪う，主張するd that hackers infiltrated the 選挙（人）の （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限's computer system and changed results in 好意 of Kenyatta.

The 判決，裁定 was the first time a 法廷，裁判所 had overturned a pres idential 選挙 in Africa. The 法廷，裁判所 特記する／引用するd 不正行為s and illegalities and said it 支配するd against Kenyatta because the 選挙（人）の （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 辞退するd to open its computer system for 法廷，裁判所 scrutiny.

The 法廷，裁判所 ordered a fresh 選挙 in October that Kenyatta won and Odinga ボイコット（する）d, （人命などを）奪う，主張するing a 欠如（する） of 選挙（人）の 改革（する）s.

Last week the 対立 解放（する）d what it called "authentic" 選挙 results showing Odinga won the August 投票（する）, but it 辞退するd to say how it 得るd the （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） from the 選挙（人）の （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限's computer servers. The 選挙（人）の （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 called those results "偽の."

Police at first had 公約するd to 封鎖する 対立 支持者s from …に出席するing Tuesday's 儀式, 主要な to 恐れるs of 暴力／激しさ. The 政府-基金d Kenya 国家の （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 on Human 権利s has said at least 92 people were killed and dozens of others were sexually 強襲，強姦d during the months of 選挙 騒動. Most were 対立 支持者s

権利s 支持するs 告発する／非難する Kenyatta's 行政 of 侵害する／違反するing constitutionally 保証（人）d freedoms 含むing those of 議会 and 表現.
