MIAMI (AP) - A Miami police officer has been 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 存在 part of a 詐欺 計画／陰謀 that 誤って 約束d 投資家s high returns on 貸付金s to 所有物／資産／財産 in Costa Rica.
The Miami U.S. 弁護士／代理人／検事's Office said in a news 解放（する） Tuesday that 41-year-old Officer Dermis Hernandez is 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 共謀 to commit wire 詐欺. 検察官，検事s say Hernandez 誤って 約束d 投資家s big 利益（をあげる）s by putting their money into 貸付金s for people buying 所有物／資産／財産 in Costa Rica.
Instead, 検察官，検事s say Hernandez and others used most of the money for themselves and to 支払う／賃金 returns of earlier 投資家s in a classic Ponzi 計画／陰謀.
Miami police say Hernandez has been with the department since 2004 and is a member of the 海洋 patrol 部隊.
