Onofri said 非常に／多数の fights inside and outside the 発生地 had 誘発するd police to tell 組織者s that the event needed to be shut 負かす／撃墜する.
"There was a 報告（する）／憶測 that the mood inside the 発生地 had been changing," Onofri said. "During that time period, 事前の to the 狙撃, the Trenton Police Department began 分散させるing individuals. Those individuals, however, continued to loiter and 付加 fights broke out."

Gennie Darisme was getting ready to leave the festival when she heard 砲火 and saw people running.
"There were people trampling other people, cars hitting other cars," she said.
When she was walking 支援する to her car after the 砲火 stopped, Darisme said she saw someone bleeding on the ground, in 手錠s.
"People were running to him, trying to see his 直面する, to see if he's a family member or a friend," she said.
Theresa Brown, who has been volunteering at Art All Night for 12 years, said she was leaving her volunteer 転換 when she heard "pop, pop, pop. I thought it was a car backfiring," she said.
