World markets turn lower ahead of comments by Fed 議長，司会を務める

FED COMMENT: 投資家s are watching for 指導／手引 on 通貨の 政策 and the 経済的な 見通し from the Fed 議長，司会を務める's 半分-年次の 通貨の 報告（する）／憶測 to 議会. The Fed said Friday it exp ects low 失業 and rising インフレーション will keep it on 跡をつける to raise 利益／興味 率s at a 漸進的な pace over the next two years.
