ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) - Adrian Beltre's excitement over a three-run ホームラン, season-high five 打点s and Texas' 8-3 victory over the Seattle 水夫s in a rain-縮めるd game Friday night was muted hours after the 特別奇襲隊員s 解雇する／砲火／射撃d 経営者／支配人 Jeff Banister.
"Weird day. Lot of stuff going on. Lot of rain," said Beltre, who passed Stan Musial and Willie Stargell with his 476th career ホームラン and passed Reggie Jackson and Jim Thome in career 打点s with 1,703. "But we 生き残るd this day."
The game was 停止（させる）d with two outs in the 最高の，を越す of the seventh inning and called after a rain 延期する of 1:09.

The 特別奇襲隊員s won their first game under 暫定的な 経営者／支配人 Don Wakamatsu, who will finish out the season. Texas is 65-88 and has been in last place since April 9.
"It's nice to get the first one for him," Beltre said.
"There's no mystery why he's at where he's at," Wakamatsu said of Beltre, now 階級s 22nd in career 打点s and 30th in career ホームランs. "It's a special player that comes along once in a lifetime."
The loss moved the 水夫s closer to 排除／予選 in the American League wild-card race. They began the night 7? games behind the Oakland A's for the second 位置／汚点／見つけ出す with nine games to play. Seattle hasn't qualified for the postseason since 2001.
Beltre's 打点s （機の）カム with two outs. He ホームランd to the opposite field on a 0-1 pitch off 権利-hander Erasmo Ramirez (2-4), 運動ing in 向こうずね-Soo Choo and Elvis Andrus. Seven of Beltre's 14 ホームランs this season have come in September.
