NEW DELHI (AP) - India 調印するd a $5 billion 取引，協定 to buy five ロシアの S-400 空気／公表する 弁護 systems on Friday にもかかわらず a ぼんやり現れるing 脅し of U.S. 許可／制裁s on countries that 貿易（する） with Russia's 弁護 and 知能 部門s.
The 取引，協定 was 調印するd in New Delhi during a visit by ロシアの 大統領 Vladimir Putin, who met with Indian 総理大臣 Narendra Modi to discuss 核の energy, space 探検 and 貿易（する）.
India has requested that the U.S. 認める it a 権利放棄 for the 取引，協定 from 許可／制裁s 定める／命ずるd by the 反対するing America's Adversaries Through 許可／制裁s 行為／法令／行動する, a U.S. 法律 passed in August 2017 that is ーするつもりであるd to punish Russia for its 併合 of Crimea and 申し立てられた／疑わしい 干渉，妨害 in the 2016 U.S. 選挙s.
The U.S. did not spare 中国 from 許可／制裁s last month for 購入（する）ing its own ロシアの S-400 surface-to-空気／公表する ミサイル systems and 闘士，戦闘機 jets.
If the U.S. does 課す 許可／制裁s on India, it is 不明瞭な how India could 支払う／賃金 Russia for the 軍の 器具／備品, since the 法律 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業s dollar-denominated 財政上の 処理／取引s.
Jinnie 物陰／風下, a spokeswoman for the U.S. 大使館 in New Delhi, 拒絶する／低下するd to comment on whether India would be 認めるd a 権利放棄, but said in a 声明 that the 許可／制裁s were "not ーするつもりであるd to 課す 損失 to the 軍の 能力s of our 同盟（する）s or partners."

公式の／役人s with India's 外部の 事件／事情／状勢s and 弁護 省s 確認するd the 取引，協定 was 調印するd after Putin and Modi made no 言及／関連 to it during a news 会議／協議会 に引き続いて their 会談.
