ローマ法王 caps visit to Arabian 半島 with historic 集まり
ABU DHABI, 部隊d Arab 首長国s (AP) - The soft hymns of "Hallelujah" にわか景気d from （衆議院の）議長s Tuesday as ローマ法王 Francis celebrated the first papal 集まり in the Arabian 半島 for about 180,000 people, capping a visit to the 部隊d Arab 首長国s that 強調するd the presence of 少数，小数派 Christians in the 地域 and a greater understanding with Islam.
It was considered to be the largest 陳列する，発揮する of public worship by Christians on the 半島, the birthplace of Islam. A large, golden-hued cross on an all-white 行う／開催する／段階 供給するd a simple and 深遠な 背景.

Vatican 広報担当者 Alessandro Gisotti said about 180,000 people …に出席するd, with 135,000 tickets 分配するd for 位置／汚点／見つけ出すs inside and outside the stadium to throngs eager for a glimpse of the ローマ法王.

In his homily, 配達するd in Italian and translated into Arabic with English subtitles on 巨大（な） ビデオ 審査するs, Francis spoke to the many migrant 労働者s who 耐える years of 分離 from their families ーするために send money home.
"It is most certainly not 平易な for you to live far from home, 行方不明の the affection of your loved ones, and perhaps also feeling 不確定 about the 未来," he said. "But the Lord is faithful and does not abandon his people."
Many worshippers wept throughout the sermon, their 長，率いるs 屈服するd in 祈り; others kept their 注目する，もくろむs 焦点（を合わせる）d on the ローマ法王 and the 審査するs carrying his message.
Monica Birungi, a hotel 従業員 in Dubai who supports her family and 2-year-old d aughter in Uganda, said Francis' words about sacrifice resonated 深く，強烈に with her.
"I （機の）カム to Dubai to work for money to help my family, so when they talked about that ... it made me feel at home," she said.
The ローマ法王 also told his flock - many of them low-行う earners - that they need not be 伴う／関わるd in "superhuman" 作品 to be faithful. It was a message extolling humility in a country that is home to the world's biggest 超高層ビル, the Burj Khalifa, and known for opulence and 超過.
Jesus "did not ask us to build 広大な／多数の／重要な 作品 or draw attention to ourselves with 驚くべき／特命の／臨時の gestures. He asked us to produce just one work of art, possible for everyone: our own life," Francis said.
The 集まり （機の）カム a day after the ローマ法王 joined 手渡すs with Sheikh Ahmed el-Tayeb, the grand imam of Al-Azhar, the more than 1,000-year-old seat of learning in Sunni Islam, to produce a 共同の 控訴，上告 for Christian and イスラム教徒 leaders to work together to 促進する peace and 拒絶する war.
A 前線-page photo in Abu Dhabi's The 国家の newspaper featured Francis and el-Tayeb hugging under the words "One Human Family."
The papal trip to the UAE, which began Sunday evening and ended after Tuesday's 集まり, was infused with symbolism, 明言する／公表する pageantry and calls for peace. The logo for the visit 描写するd a dove with an olive 支店.
The ローマ法王 met with 上級の イスラム教徒 聖職者のs in the grand Sheikh Zayed イスラム教寺院 on Monday before 配達するing a speech in 前線 of Abu Dhabi's powerful 栄冠を与える prince and hundreds of imams, 大臣s, rabbis and swamis in the Emirati 資本／首都 that began with the イスラム教徒 salutation "Asalaam alaikum" - or "peace be upon you."
Francis' 控訴，上告 for peace comes as the UAE's 軍隊s are 伴う／関わるd in a Saudi-led war in Yemen that has driven the Arab world's poorest country to the brink of 飢饉 and created the world's worst 人道的な 危機.
In comments to reporters on his flight 支援する to Rome, Francis said he sensed "good will to bring about a 過程 of peace" in Yemen during his meetin gs with 公式の／役人s from the UAE, Saudi Arabia's 重要な 同盟（する） in the war.
Asked what he made of the 首長国s' 軍の-激しい welcome 儀式, which featured an 大砲 salute and an 航空機 flyover, the ローマ法王 said he 見解（をとる）d it as a gesture that was appropriate for the culture of his hosts.
"What I 設立する here was a welcome so big that they 手配中の，お尋ね者 to do everything, big and little things, to show that the ローマ法王's visit was good," he said. "They 手配中の，お尋ね者 to make me feel that I was welcome."

"He is almost divine. He has a special 教祖的指導力, which 控訴，上告s to each one," said Raphael Muntenkurian, 64, an Indian native and former seminarian who has lived in the UAE for more than 30 years.
"Everybody is 現実に mesmerized by his 控訴，上告 for peace and 寛容," he said. "His 簡単 and humility is always praiseworthy."

"We have to say it is really a big event for us which we never 推定する／予想するd," said Sumitha Pinto, an Indian native who has lived in the UAE for nearly 20 years. She …に出席するd the 集まり with her husband and four sons, the youngest of whom held up 調印する with the ローマ法王's photo that read: "Welcome ローマ法王 Francis. Make Me a Channel of Your Peace."
Pinto and her husband said that as Christians, they did not always feel 安全な in India, but in the UAE, "we feel we all are one. ... They 扱う／治療する everyone 平等に."
The 首長国s' カトリック教徒 community, 概算の at 1 million, is something of an anomaly for the 地域 - large, diverse and 栄えるing at a time when the wider Middle East has seen Christians 逃げるing 迫害 at the 手渡すs of the Islamic 明言する／公表する group and others.
カトリック教徒s in the UAE usually are f oreigners working in 職業s 範囲ing from white-collar 財政／金融 to construction. Most are Filipino and Indian, and can 直面する 不安定な labor 条件s, which human 権利s groups 定期的に 公然と非難する.
In an 指示，表示する物 of the 多様制 of the カトリック教徒 flock, the 祈りs during 集まり were read in a variety of languages and 演説（する）／住所d the variety of hardships many 直面する.
A 祈り in the Indian language of Konkani called for public 公式の／役人s to be "illuminated" and 促進する the dignity of all, while the one in the Filipino language of Tagalog 勧めるd 祈りs for migrants and 労働者s in the UAE so that "their sacrifice and work may blossom and 支える their families." The one in French called for those who foment 暴力／激しさ to change their ways and "stop wars, 打ち勝つ 憎悪 and help us (1)偽造する／(2)徐々に進む links of 司法（官） and peace."
Francis' trip （機の）カム 800 years after his peace-loving namesake St. Francis of Assisi visited an Egyptian 暴君 and 示すd the culmination of years of 宗教上の See 成果／努力s to 改善する relations with the イスラム教徒 world after they 攻撃する，衝突する a low during the papacy of ローマ法王 Benedict XVI.
Since then, 宗教的な fanaticism and 約束-奮起させるd wars have only grown, 奮起させるing the pontiff's 成果／努力s to 促進する 寛容 and understanding.
