Mourinho 受託するs 有罪の 嘆願 for 税金 詐欺 in Spain
MADRID (AP) - Former Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho received a one-year 一時停止するd 宣告，判決 after reaching a 有罪の 嘆願 for 税金 詐欺 in Spain on Tuesday.
Mourinho will not have to serve time after admitting he defrauded Spanish 当局 in 2011 and 2012. 宣告，判決s for two years or いっそう少なく for first-time 違反者／犯罪者s can be 一時停止するd in Spain.
Mourinho appeared before a 裁判官 in a Madrid 法廷，裁判所 to 確認する the 嘆願 協定 he had reached with 検察官，検事s. As part of the 取引，協定, he also has to 支払う／賃金 a 罰金 of nearly 2 million euros ($2.2 million).

Mourinho had appeared before a 裁判官 in 2017 and 否定するd any 悪事を働くこと, 説 he had paid everything he 借りがあるd to Spanish 税金 当局 from the time he coached Real Madrid. He said he left the country in 2013 with the "（警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） and the 有罪の判決" that he was up to date with his 税金 義務s.
