Honduran 検察官，検事s to 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 another in 行動主義者's 殺人
TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras (AP) - Honduran 検察官，検事s said Tuesday they 計画（する） to bring 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s against a former (n)役員／(a)執行力のある who they 主張する was a 操る behind the 殺人 of 環境の 行動主義者 Berta Caceres.
The 長，指導者 検察官，検事's office said it would 捜し出す formal 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s against Roberto David Castillo Mejia for his 申し立てられた／疑わしい 役割 at a 予審 Tuesday.
That 審理，公聴会, however, was 延期するd at the request of Caceres' family.
Castillo was 大統領，／社長 of Empresa Desarollos Energeticos when Caceres was killed in 2016. Caceres led the fight against the company's construction of a dam, and was 栄誉（を受ける）d with a Goldman 環境の Prize.
Juan Carlos Sanchez, Castillo's lawyer, said that 検察官，検事s had little 証拠 against his （弁護士の）依頼人.
"We have 反駁するd all of that 証拠," Sanchez said. "There's growing 疑問 because we have done our own 調査."

Castillo was 逮捕（する）d in 2018 and remains in 保護／拘留.
Carlos Morazan, 広報担当者 for the 検察官，検事s' office, said 捜査官／調査官s had plentiful 証拠 against Castillo. He said the 審理，公聴会 would be 繰り延べるd later this month.
検察官，検事s "are 用意が出来ている to take this 裁判，公判 to the very end to find the truth and make the public aware."
Caceres' sister, Agustina Caceres, 表明するd satisfaction with 検察官，検事s' 追跡 of Castillo.
"We have 苦しむd a lot and we continue 苦しむing seeing the slowness and 証拠不十分 of Honduran 司法（官）," Caceres said. "Hopefully (検察官，検事s) will be successful in their 成果／努力s to know what really happened."
In November, a 法廷，裁判所 設立する seven people 有罪の of 参加するing in Caceres' 殺人. An eighth 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑う was acquitted.
