Officer won't 直面する 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s in Alabama 商店街 狙撃

MONTGOMERY, 式の. (AP) - An Alabama police officer will not 直面する 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s for 殺人,大当り a man he mistook for the 銃器携帯者/殺しや in a 商店街 狙撃, the 明言する/公表する's 弁護士/代理人/検事 general 発表するd Tuesday.

"A reasonable person could have assumed that the only person with a gun who was running toward the 犠牲者 of a 狙撃 that occurred just three seconds earlier 解雇する/砲火/射撃d the 発射s," the 報告(する)/憶測 設立する.

Ben Crump, an 弁護士/代理人/検事 代表するing the family, said his (弁護士の)依頼人s "will have their day in 法廷,裁判所."

"The police 発射, we believe, because they 恐れるd a 黒人/ボイコット man with a gun," Crump said.

Crump said the ビデオ shows Bradford "did nothing wrong" and that the young man drew his gun to 保護する his friends.
