WASHINGTON (AP) - The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs is 任命する／導入するing new 軍の leadership in Europe at a moment of 高くする，増すd worries about ロシアの 侵略, 疑問s about the 未来 of 武器 支配（する）／統制する and rising 緊張s の中で 北大西洋条約機構 同盟（する）s.
These 圧力s are 反映するd in stepped-up U.S. 軍の 作戦行動s in Europe, 含むing the unusual 同時の （軍隊などの）展開，配備 last week of two U.S. 航空機 運送／保菌者 strike groups in the Mediterranean Sea. At the same time, the ロシアのs are 動揺させるing 神経s with talk of fielding new "doomsday" 武器s such as a 核の-武装した undersea drone and making moves seen by some as 危険ing escalation of the war in eastern ウクライナ共和国.
In 儀式s in Germany on Thursday and in Belgium on Friday, 空気／公表する 軍隊 Gen. Tod Wolters will take over for Army Gen. Curtis Scaparrotti in the 二重の 役割s of 北大西洋条約機構's 最高の 連合した 指揮官 Europe and 長，率いる of U.S. European 命令（する）. 事実上の／代理 弁護 長官 Patrick Shanahan had planned to …に出席する the 儀式s but 取り消すd just hours before his scheduled 出発 from Washington on Wednesday. Although ウクライナ共和国 is not a 北大西洋条約機構 member, it has a の近くに working 関係 with the 同盟. So Russia's 2014 seizure of Crimea from ウクライナ共和国 and its 軍の 介入 in eastern ウクライナ共和国 are a source of 関心 in much of Europe.
