US, Russia 非難する each other as ships nearly 衝突する／食い違う in Asia

WASHINGTON (AP) - The U.S. and Russia （刑事）被告 each other of 危険な 活動／戦闘s on Friday after an American guided-ミサイル 巡洋艦 and a ロシアの 破壊者 （機の）カム within 165 feet (50 メーターs) of each other in the Philippine Sea.
