SEATTLE (AP) - マリファナ has been shown to help 緩和する 苦痛 and a few other health problems, yet two-thirds of U.S. 明言する／公表するs have decided マリファナ should be 合法的な to 扱う／治療する many other 条件s with little 科学の 支援.

THE EVIDENCE
Besides chronic 苦痛, there's strong 証拠 マリファナ or its 成分s can 緩和する nausea and vomiting from chemotherapy and help with symptoms of 多重の sclerosis.
Several European countries have 認可するd Sativex, a mouth spray 含む／封じ込めるing THC and CBD, for 多重の sclerosis symptoms. Last year, U.S. regulators 認可するd Epidiolex, made from CBD, to 扱う／治療する two rare seizure disorders. THC 原因（となる）s マリファナ's mind-altering 影響; CBD doesn't get people high.
British drugmaker GW 製薬のs is 捜し出すing U.S. 是認 for Sativex. Other companies are 追求するing Food and 麻薬 行政 支援 for 製品s based on マリファナ 成分s.
Arizona-based Insys 治療力のあるs, which とじ込み／提出するd for 破産 保護 Monday as it 直面するd fallout over its marketing of an 中毒の opioid painkiller, is developing CBD 麻薬s for two types of childhood epilepsy and a rare genetic disorder. Pennsylvania-based Zynerba 製薬のs is working on a CBD 肌 patch for autism and 壊れやすい X syndrome, a genetic conditi on.
Prescription 麻薬s already on the market use synthetic THC to 扱う／治療する 負わせる loss, nausea and vomiting in 患者s with エイズ or 癌. And 研究員s continue to 熟考する／考慮する whether マリファナ helps with PTSD, 支援する 苦痛 and other problems.
OPIOID ALTERNATIVE?

CURE FOR CANCER?

RESEARCHING AN OUTLAW MEDICINE

TRACKING PATIENTS

In one 熟考する／考慮する, a third of 癌 患者s made only one 購入（する） and didn't come 支援する during a four-month period. They may have died, or decided マリファナ was too expensive or didn't work. Of the 残り／休憩（する）, most 報告（する）／憶測d 改良s in vomiting, 苦痛, 乱すd sleep, 苦悩 and 不景気 with few 味方する 影響s.
マリファナ can 緩和する many symptoms "all at one time," but more 熟考する／考慮する is needed, said 熟考する／考慮する co-author Dr. Dylan Zylla of the health care system HealthPartners. He has no 財政上の 関係 to cannabis companies.
