TEHRAN, Iran (AP) - Iran's 外務大臣 said Wednesday that his country has no choice but to 製造（する） ミサイルs for 弁護 目的s - comments that come after a 発言／述べる by the 最高の，を越す 外交官 that seemed to 示唆する the ミサイルs could be up for 交渉s.
Mohammad Javad Zarif said in an interview with NBC News that 空気／公表するd earlier this week that if the U.S. wants to talk about Iran's ミサイルs, it needs "first to stop selling all these 武器s, 含むing ミサイルs, to our 地域."
Iran has long 拒絶するd 交渉s over its 弾道学の ミサイル program, which remains under the 支配（する）／統制する of the Iranian 議会の 革命の Guard that answers only to 最高の Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
The 外務大臣's 発言／述べるs seemed to 示唆する a possible 開始 for 会談 as 緊張s remain high between Tehran and Washington.
But the Iranian 使節団 to the 国際連合 敏速に called Zarif's suggestion 純粋に "hypothetical" and said the Iranian ミサイルs were "絶対 and under no 条件 negotiable with anyone or any country, period."
In Tehran, the Foreign 省's 広報担当者, Abbas Mousavi, tweeted late on Tuesday that Zarif's comments meant to challenge Washington and "threw the ball into the U.S. 法廷，裁判所 while challenging America's arm sales" to its 中東の 同盟（する）s.

Zarif himself on Wednesday said Iran has no choice but to 製造（する） the ミサイルs for its own 弁護.
He 特記する／引用するd the 1980s Iran-Iraq war and tweeted that, "For 8 YEARS, Saddam (Hussein) にわか雨d our cities with ミサイルs & 爆弾s 供給するd by East & West. 一方／合間, NO ONE sold Iran any means of 弁護. We had no choice but building our own. Now they complain."
"Instead of skirting the 問題／発行する, US must end 武器 sales to Saddam's reincarnations," Zarif also said.

Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe, a British-Iranian woman 拘留するd in Iran に引き続いて her 逮捕（する） in April 2016 on 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s of plotting against the Iranian 政府, has been transferred to a hospital mental health 施設, her husband said Wednesday.
