検察官，検事s 減少（する） groping 事例／患者 against Kevin Spacey
BOSTON (AP) - 検察官，検事s dropped a 事例／患者 Wednesday 告発する／非難するing Kevin Spacey of groping a young man at a 訴える手段／行楽地 island 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業 in 2016 after the accuser 辞退するd to 証言する about a 行方不明の cellphone the 弁護 says 含む／封じ込めるs （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） supporting the actor's （人命などを）奪う，主張するs of innocence.

The actor's accuser was ordered to take the stand earlier this month after he said he lost the cellphone he used the night of the 申し立てられた／疑わしい groping. The 弁護 said it needed the phone to 回復する 削除するd text messages it says would help Spacey's 事例／患者.

The 裁判官 then questioned how 検察官，検事s would be able to bring Spacey to 裁判，公判 if the accuser continued to 辞退する to 証言する, and 検察官，検事s told the 裁判官 they needed time to decide how to proceed.
On Wednesday, Cape and Island 地区 弁護士／代理人／検事 Michael O'Keefe said in 法廷，裁判所 文書s that they were dropping the 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 "予定 to an unavailability of the complaining 証言，証人／目撃する."

He said Spacey bought him several drinks and tried to 説得する him to come home with him before unzipping the man's pants and groping him for about three minutes.
Unruh's son told police he tried to move Spacey's 手渡すs, but the groping continued, and he didn't know what to do because he didn't want to get in trouble for drinking because he was underage. The man said he fled when Spacey went to the bathroom.
