弁護: Kutcher 証言 supports 疑問 in 殺人 裁判，公判
LOS ANGELES (AP) - An 弁護士／代理人／検事 for a man 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 殺人，大当り two women and 試みる／企てるing to kill a third in Southern California told 賠審員s in の近くにing arguments Wednesday that actor Ashton Kutcher's 証言 helps point to a different 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑う.

Nardoni told 賠審員s that Ellerin's apartment 経営者／支配人, an aspiring actor, 証言するd that he was having a 性の 関係 with her, and was in the house when Kutcher called. Nardoni told 賠審員s the call could have made him angry and violent.
A neighbor who was passing Ellerin's house on the way to a nearby dog park 証言するd that he heard two 叫び声をあげるs coming from Ellerin's house at about 8:30 p.m., just around the time of Kutcher's call. Nardoni said this was most likely when Ellerin was killed.
Kutcher 証言するd that he arrived at Ellerin's apartment much later in the evening, got no answer when he knocked on the door, looked inside the house and saw what he thought were ワイン stains, then left, thinking she had gone out without him.
Nardoni told 賠審員s he did not need to 証明する that someone else killed Ellerin, only to 設立する that another possible 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑う could cast reasonable 疑問 on G argiulo's 犯罪.
The lawyer used the same 手段 when discussing the other 殺人 his （弁護士の）依頼人 is 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with - the 2005 殺人，大当り of 32-year-old mother of four Maria Bruno in her house in the Los Angeles 郊外 of El Monte. Nardoni 示唆するd that her estranged husband, the last person to see her alive, was responsible.
He showed 賠審員s a graphic 罪，犯罪-scene photo of Bruno, who - like Ellerin - had been stabbed dozens of times. Bruno's breasts were 削減（する） off and breast implants 除去するd, a 調印する of 深い-seated 憎悪, Nardoni said.
"Whoever did this, it was personal," Nardoni said.

And he said only a shoe-covering bootie that Gargiulo used in his work as an 空気／公表する conditioner 修理 man with his and the 犠牲者's デオキシリボ核酸 was 設立する in the Bruno 事例／患者, but it was outside her apartment in a コンビナート／複合体 where both she and Gargiulo lived.

"I know that the 証拠 is much stronger with Michelle Murphy, that's the elephant in the courtroom," Nardoni said. "You have to 裁判官 each 事例／患者 分かれて."
Another 弁護 弁護士／代理人／検事, Dale Rubin, 特記する／引用するd the 証言 of a 弁護 psychologist who 診断するd Gargiulo with dissociative personality disorder, 以前は known as 多重の personalit y disorder. Rubin said Gargiulo may have been in a "fugue 明言する／公表する" and didn't know where he was when he was in Murphy's apartment.
Gargiulo was 逮捕（する）d weeks after the Murphy attack, and it 結局 led to 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s for the two California 殺人，大当りs and the 殺すing of 18-year-old Pacaccio, a friend's older sister, in his hometown of Glenview, Illinois, when Gargiulo was 17.
