Brazil's high 法廷，裁判所 封鎖するs 移転 of Da Silva to 刑務所，拘置所
SAO PAULO (AP) - A 裁判官 on Wednesday ordered former 大統領 Luiz In?cio Lula da Silva moved from a lockup in the south of the country to a 刑務所 for ありふれた 犯罪のs in Sao Paulo 明言する／公表する, but Brazil's 最高の，を越す 法廷，裁判所 quickly 封鎖するd the 移転.
The 10-1 判決，裁定 by the 最高裁判所 （機の）カム after lawyers for Da Silva 控訴，上告d an order by 明言する／公表する 裁判官 Paulo Sorci that the former 大統領，／社長 should be 転換d from an 孤立するd 選び出す／独身 room in 連邦の police 施設s in the city of Curitiba to the Tremembe 刑務所，拘置所, 95 miles (155 キロメーターs) northeast of Sao Paulo.

The only dissenting 投票（する） in the 最高裁判所's 判決，裁定, by 司法（官） Marco Aur?lio Mello, said the 決定／判定勝ち（する） should be made by another 連邦の 法廷，裁判所.

The Tremembe 刑務所 is known for 持つ／拘留するing high-profile 囚人s. Sao Paulo 明言する／公表する's 刑務所，拘置所 当局 says it has a capacity of 408 inmates.
Da Silva's 労働者s' Party said in a 声明 that the ordered 移転 was "yet another illegality and gesture of 迫害 against Lula, for it arbitrarily 否定するs him the prerogative of a former 大統領，／社長 and former 指揮官 in 長，指導者 of the 武装した 軍隊s."

Some adversaries of the former 大統領，／社長 also 非難するd the 決定／判定勝ち（する） to 移転 him.
議会 of 副s （衆議院の）議長 Rodrigo Maia said he agreed with a 同僚 who called the order "迫害 for no 推論する／理由."
But Sao Paulo Gov. Jo?o Doria, who supported 大統領 Jair Bolsonaro in his winning （選挙などの）運動をする last year, had celebrated the 決定／判定勝ち（する）, 説 on Twitter that da Silva "will be 扱う／治療するd like all other 囚人s."
The order to move da Silva （機の）カム nearly two months before Brazilian 法律 would somewhat relax his 刑務所，拘置所 宣告，判決. Inmates who are considered いっそう少なく dangerous can work outside during the day after serving one-sixth of their 刑務所，拘置所 time.
