The real Brian Banks speaks out on 刑務所，拘置所 不正, 改革（する）
NEW YORK (AP) - When Brian Banks' home was a 刑務所，拘置所 独房 予定 to a 罪，犯罪 he didn't commit, he never imagined his life would be the 支配する of a film. He was only 関心d with （疑いを）晴らすing his 指名する and 回復するing his freedom.
Now, seven years after he was exonerated on a 強姦 主張, Banks hopes the film 詳細（に述べる）ing his fight for 司法（官） helps move along 改革（する）.
"What I want people to take away from this is that what I went through was 容認できない, what many others have gone through is 容認できない," he told The Associated 圧力（をかける）.
"For those that are 現在／一般に behind 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業s, or no longer behind 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業s but have experienced wrongful 有罪の判決, I want you to know that you're not alone, that you 港／避難所't been forgotten, that there are people working on trying to 直す／買収する，八百長をする these wrongs, and as a person who's been through it, I'm one of them," he 追加するd.
Banks, 34, was a standout high school football player who many believed had a 発射 at the NFL, until his dreams were derailed when he was 誤って （刑事）被告 of 強姦 by a high school classmate in 2002. He was only 16, took a 嘆願 and served nearly six years in 刑務所，拘置所. The film, "Brian Banks," recently opened and 星／主役にするs Aldis Hodge as Banks and Greg Kinnear as Justin Brooks, co-創立者 of the innocence group. Sherri Shepherd plays Banks' mother, Leomia Delaney.

Brooks hopes the film will 動機づける テレビ視聴者s to join the 犯罪の 司法（官） 改革（する） fight. Once Banks was （疑いを）晴らすd and Hollywood （機の）カム calling, the two said their goal was to make a "司法（官） movie," not a football movie.
"I want people to walk out of this movie theater and remember this movie next time they're sitting in 陪審／陪審員団 義務, that maybe this person in 前線 of them is innocent," Brooks tol d the AP. "And next time they go into a 投票（する）ing booth to not 投票（する） out of 恐れる because 政治家，政治屋s have been making people afraid for a long time. The only way 改革（する）s can happen is if people are thinking straight."
Since his 解放（する）, Banks has worked as a life coach and public （衆議院の）議長. His 調書をとる／予約する, "What 始める，決める Me 解放する／自由な," （機の）カム out in July.

"I know those guys - those are friends of the Innocence 事業／計画（する） 網状組織. We get together on a 年一回の basis and 株 our stories," Banks said.
He had a hard time sitting through parts of the series that was created, co-written and directed by Ava DuVernay.
"I have only watched half of that series and that's because the second half was just a little difficult for me to watch because I can relate," Banks said. "I know what it feels like.
