権利s group: Bosnian migrant （軍の）野営地，陣営 "dangerous and 非人道的な"
BIHAC, Bosnia-Herzegovina (AP) - A 目だつ 人道的な group is 警告 that migrants trying to reach Western Europe are living in "危険に 冷淡な and 厳しい 条件s" in Bosnia, where hundreds 決起大会／結集させるd on Friday まっただ中に 緊張s over the influx of people 逃げるing war and poverty.
The 抗議する人s in the northwestern city of Bihac 需要・要求するd the 終結 of overcrowded 難民 （軍の）野営地，陣営s and the 移転 of the migrants from the city area. They carried 旗，新聞一面トップの大見出し／大々的に報道するs reading "解放する／自由な Bihac!" and 詠唱するd anti-migrant スローガンs.
Bosnia has been 圧倒するd by the arrival of migrants 長，率いるing toward Europe along the いわゆる Balkan 大勝する. Most migrants flock to the northwest section, which 国境s European Union member Croatia.
This has led to 緊張s in the 国境 area, with 地元の 当局 需要・要求するing that other parts of the country 株 the migrant 重荷（を負わせる） and take in some of the more than 6,000 people staying in the area.
The Doctors Without 国境s group 警告するd that "people may die without 適する 避難所 and other basic services" in Bosnia, where many migrants are sleeping in 一時しのぎの物，策 避難所s and abandoned homes.
"Four 公式の／役人 中心s for migrants 存在する, but services are 不十分な and 緊張s are high, 主要な most people to stay どこかよそで," the 報告（する）／憶測 追加するd.

It 選び出す／独身d out the improvised Vucjak 難民 （軍の）野営地，陣営 in northwestern Bosnia, 述べるing it as a "dangerous and 非人道的な place" that does not 会合，会う 最小限 living 基準s. The （軍の）野営地，陣営 is 位置を示すd on a landfill and next to a minefield from the 1992-95 Bosnian war.
"People arrive at our clinic from Vucjak in flip flops, without socks or jackets, a lot of them 苦しむing from respiratory 感染s and from 肌 病気s 原因（となる）d by the horrific living 条件s," said Nihal Osman, Doctors Without 国境s´ 副 field 調整者／コーディネーター. "It should be の近くにd now."
In a 企て，努力，提案 to 圧力 the central Bosnian 政府 to relocate some of the migrants, the 地域の 政府 公約するd to fully 制限する migrant movements at the two main （軍の）野営地，陣営s beginning Friday.
Bosnia´s central 政府 has said it would turn two former army 兵舎 in other parts of the country into new migrant 施設s. This was あられ／賞賛するd by the EU 使節団 in Bosnia on Friday, which 表明するd hope that it would lead to the 終結 of the Vucjak （軍の）野営地，陣営.
"We 推定する／予想する all the 当局 in the country to continue working together in good 約束 to find ways for 重荷（を負わせる） 株ing and long-称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 解答s," the EU said.
Ethnically divided since the war, Bosnia has failed to come up with a 統一するd, efficient 返答 to the migrant 危機. The Bosnian セルビア人 part of the country has 辞退するd to 受託する any migrants on its 領土 and has 封鎖するd 成果／努力s to （軍隊を）展開する，配備する the army to 茎・取り除く the influx of migrants from Serbia. Many other Bosnian 地域s have also 拒絶するd hosting 難民 中心s.
A 地方自治体の 公式の／役人 in Bihac, Ermic Zulic, said both Bosnia and the EU have failed to manage the migrant influx.
"The 状況／情勢 is out of 支配（する）／統制する, the 状況／情勢 has 増大するd," he complained. "They are telling us that even greater number of migrants will be 注ぐing in next year, so we had to 反応する."
While many Bosnians have 表明するd sympathy with the migrants because of their own war experience, many also have 抗議するd their presence and 需要・要求するd that the migrants be moved or 制限するd to the 難民 （軍の）野営地，陣営s.
Fadil Dizdarevic, who lives の近くに to the Bira （軍の）野営地，陣営 in Bihac, said "we want this to stop, we want them out of here." At Friday´s 抗議する outside the （軍の）野営地，陣営, another 居住（者）, Omer Demirovic, 主張するd that "we are 需要・要求するing they be moved out of the city."

Inside, migrants said police wouldn´t let them move 自由に about the town.
"Everything is a problem, it´s 冷淡な and everybody is dirty," said Obit Han from Afghanistan.
